CAM2 International, LLC is proud to announce it is has introduced an innovative new multi-step technical support offering to be used to both educate and support its customers.
Step one involves the addition of the “CAM2 Technical Corner to CAM2 ongoing email promotional campaign. The “CAM2 Technical Corner section will address timely and relevant technical concerns and issues impacting our industry, our direct customers and users of our lubricating products. Step ones primary function is to educate CAM2’s customers on industry wide issues in an effort to prevent a problem before it occurs.
Step two is the implementation of a email based “Technical Support Hotline designed to support all of our customers and make our distributors better suppliers to the users of CAM2’s products. This step provides a direct contact technical email hotline for use by both CAM2’s sales personnel and our customers to address specific technical, operational and product application questions. This technical email hotline will allow our widely respected technical product management team to use their vast knowledge of products and applications to assist CAM2 product users in the prevention of potential problems, the analysis and correction of on-going problems and improve the operating efficiencies of the equipment of the users of CAM2 products. The primary function of step two is support our customers and this service can be accessed at email@example.com.
